My role was to lead the design process, take ownership of the product, shape the product vision, and ideate core features to deliver an exceptional user experience and design quality.

Discovery & UX Research

During the discovery phase, we started with an initial client briefing to define the first input data. Then we conducted UX Research, which consisted of interviews with stakeholders, users, user testing, and competitor analysis. Business interviews helped us define the client's vision and main business goals. We were fortunate to get access to several real users, with whom we conducted interviews to understand their tasks, goals, and problems, and tested how they perform tasks in the current system. As a final step, we identified the main competitors and conducted a comparative analysis of what functionality they have.
